A relaxed environment: It’s important to feel at ease when talking about anything that’s bothering you. I’ve been working with adults for many years, with various different stories and backgrounds and have found that having a sense of direction and a calm space to process (be that in therapy or otherwise) can be very beneficial for achieving people’s goals.
Other areas of therapy: I’ve worked with a variety of clients across the life span and its become clear that not every approach helps every person. . Therapy can provide tools to manage many issues such as depression, issues with anger management and anxiety - feel free to ask about therapy options any time.
Men’s counselling: Although my work is by no means restricted to just men, I have a particular passion for men’s counselling and I strongly believe in the importance of therapy which is relevant and useful for men’s issues, considering the stigma which is often involved in men seeking help.

When you come to a couples counselling, you can rest assured that we strive to remain judgement-free, and you should feel free to discuss anything that is bothering you.
Where do you want relationship therapy to go?: Goals are important. Even if these are as simple as “I want us to communicate better”, goals are worth thinking about in advance. Although other goals and issues normally arise in couples counselling, a starting point is always helpful.
